THEY ARE MAKING IT FOR THE GODDAMNED PLAYSTATION PORTABLE.

So many things wrong about that.

The original version is the 2nd best-selling Mega CD game behind SONIC THE FREAKIN HEDGEHOG. Does that not say how good this game is? Also hailed as "not the best Sega CD RPG ever, but one of the best on any Sega system" (GamePRO). And that's just with what got released. A third of the game never got published.
The Playstation version was the second best-selling RPG of '99 behind FFVIII, and let's face it, nothing is going to outsell FF. The only reason it only got 95% ratings was because they didn't trick out the graphics. If they did, it wouldn't be 3 discs long, but probably around 5 or 6. No one wants a game with that many discs. It won in story-telling and audio, just like in the original. And there also has to be a reason why the original version of LSSSC from '96 STILL costs at least $50 on Amazon.

So why in the hell are they putting it on the PSP, the most NOT-RPG friendly console ever? And now that I own a PS2, I can't use the excuse of console-fanboyism (nor that I would want to), but seriously! It would be extreme to say I'd rather see it on the N-Gage, and frankly, the DS already did it's damage with Lunar: Dragon Song. But they remade Chrono Trigger with great success, so why not Silver Star!?
They're treating Lunar like the village bicycle! Sega, Sony, and Nintendo have all had rides! And now they're shunting her back and forth!
